I am surrounded and being over-run by teenagers today...HELP ME!!! My daughter and her friends are taking over my house....the bass is pounding through my ceiling, their screams are echoing down the hall and there will sure be no rest for the wicked tonight!! Even my little boy is running amuck all over the house trying to keep up with them and be included in their "gang"....bless his heart ;D
Phew...I'm tired already and its only 8:30...why I agree to let them invade my house day after day is beyond me...subjecting myself to their teenage rantings and over dramatics.....I MUST BE CRAZZZZZZY!! but truth be told...I secretly love it...wouldn't have it any other way. Knowing that I'm the "cool" mom that everyone wants to ask advice from and hang out with is an honor. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful daughter who thinks enough of me to consider me "one of the girls"...I recommend it highly!
Anyway....speaking of teenagers and girls...my niece is also on her way over...(she's 21) poor thing just broke up with her BF...who's 20 going on 15, if you know what I mean Ladies. Totally immature, totally self-centered and never does anything wrong....URGHH!!! I hate that!!! She deserves better! So...it'll probably be another night up until about 2 a.m.(just like Wed. night). But hey..it's the weekend so who gives a sh*t, right? LOL
Well, I'm off to take some Tylenol and make a strong pot of coffee...see you all soon...Have an awesome weekend....

I just logged on to Yahoo and I tuned in to the Launch radio station that I programmed in to play while I chat. ...and OMG...the first song it opened with was "Summer of '69" by Bryan Adams. Wait, it gets even better. That songs ends and I didn't care for the next song by Eric Clapton so I skipped it.
And guess what comes on next?? C'mon...just guess...LOL!!
It was "POUR SOME SUGAR ON ME"..need I say more?...
So...I'm gonna take this as a positive sign and keep smilin' today!

It's Been Awhile...

Hi there everyone...It's been a while, eh? What a busy weekend we had around here. First off, got Motley Crue tix for hubby as a belated birthday gift on Saturday...should be a great show...the "final farewell" (Poor Mick :C)..talk about goin' out in style. This tour should be amazing!
Did have a bit of drama here as well...I was gutted!!! I logged on to my computer and was all ready to take advantage of the pre-sale for DEF LEP tickets and my damn computer crashed...can you believe that sh*t!!!!UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I am currently "sans tickets" Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!! But I'm not giving up hope..I will prevail!! I'm still waiting for them to release more tickets on TIXMASTER..the only thing let right now is general admission..but they again, with GA I guess I have a better chance of being REALLY close to the stage, huh?
Well, its either wait or go on Ebay when it gets closer to the date of the gig. Either way...I WILL SEE THE LEPS THIS YEAR!!!
Oooh, I also got a new cell phone...finally...mine was a dinosaur...lol. And my consolation for having to part with my cool leopard print face plate on my old one was the capability of downloading 6 amazing DefLep ring tones...I think it was a pretty lucrative trade, right??? Everytime I tried to download ringtones on my old phone..it NEVER worked. Plus I have a Union Jack flag as my wallpaper on the front cover!!! Cool, eh?
Well, I'm off for tonight....promise to write abit more often with abit more interesting reading. I'll post some of my writing soon...hubby promised to help me figure out how to do that little bit. So, I'll be saying Goodbye for now...and I'll see you all soon!
